Our Focus

“Teaching from a place of joy” - Greg Hanley

We believe that each session should be built on the foundations of what that person loves and wants to do - creating joy.

Family and parent centered

We believe the families and those closest to the learner know them best. Input from them is critical in every decision that is made.

Skills that can be used every day

We believe that independence means living life to the fullest. Skills taught are focused on what the person needs in order to live their best life.

Who We Are

Aspen ABA serves families and individuals with the highest quality ABA services where they are needed most: their homes, schools, and communities. Founded by two BCBAs with a combined experience of over 30 years across all age groups including adults, Aspen ABA believes that every individual has the right to compassionate, highly individualized, and motivation based therapy.

At Aspen ABA, therapy may look different than other places. Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians consider the whole person in every decision that is made and believe that the teaching of skills should not happen unless there is consent and buy in from the learner and the family receiving services.

Aspen ABA is a small local business, not backed by private equity, allowing for a higher degree of ethical practice. Both owners work as BCBAs within the company, resulting in expertise brought to every case and a personal connection to each family.

ABA therapy is not just a career for the owners. Personal family experience has shown the power of ABA therapy through skill development and family support. ABA therapy is our passion.

Aspen ABA’s owners are involved with the families and in fact are the first person a family talks to when contacting Aspen ABA to inquire about services.

Experienced and Passionate Staff

Aspen ABA understands that the staff working with learners can be the key to successful therapy. Aspen ABA is purposeful in working to employ staff who are experienced and passionate by:

  • Only employing behavior technicians who are certified and have experience in the field

  • Enacting specific strategies for retention of staff including top of the market pay, bonuses, and high levels of support in order to reduce turnover and increase consistency for learners and families
